Truly inspiring and fuelled by a wholehearted passion for office management excellence, the mission of both business entities is to not just support and empower, but also to recognise office workers and the profession as a whole.

Evolve Education is an organisational development consultancy dedicated to helping organisations worldwide improve their performance through behaviour and culture change, and talent and leadership development.

I was initially hired to edit web copy, which was prepared and written by one of the Managing Directors. As the copy was for a brand-new website I was quick to suggest a more strategic approach by first designing a content structure, which was much more web and user (as well as SEO) friendly, customer-centric and which allowed for growth. I also provided a minimal guide to ensure that the tone of voice and style can be kept authentic and consistent in the long-term and across other marketing channels.

Company and Project Overview
Dance-Teachers.org is a website of the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), which aims to provide a directory of their affiliated teachers to people, who are either looking to find a dance teacher or to become one themselves.

A rebuild of an existing offering, the new Dance-Teachers.org website’s objective was to provide a more modern design with improved functionality and usability. Based on the content brief I proposed a structure and navigation design, and wrote the copy for the entire website.
